Q. 購入したのに、すべての機能が使えません。: A. 購入画面の「購入を復元する」をお試しください。App Store にサインインしている Apple ID が、購入時と同じであることをご確認ください。
Q. 機種変更したら、購入がなくなりました。: A. 購入画面の「購入を復元する」で元に戻ります。購入時と同じ Apple ID でサインインしてください。
Q. 無料で何回遊べますか。: A. パズルを新しく作れるのは3回までです。一度作ったパズルは、何度でも遊べます。
Q. どんな写真・動画が使えますか。: A. 端末の写真ライブラリにある写真と動画が使えます。選んだ写真・動画は端末の外に出ません。
Q. ピースの数を変えたい。: A. パズルの画面右上の「…」から「ピースのかず」で変えられます。ピースの数を変えると、途中まで進めた分はリセットされます。

Q. I purchased, but I can't use all the features.: A. Please try “Restore Purchases” on the purchase screen. Make sure the Apple ID signed in to the App Store is the same one you used at the time of purchase.
Q. I switched to a new device and my purchase is gone.: A. “Restore Purchases” on the purchase screen will bring it back. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used when purchasing.
Q. How many times can I play for free?: A. You can create up to 3 new puzzles. Once a puzzle has been created, you can play it as many times as you like.
Q. What photos and videos can I use?: A. You can use the photos and videos in your device's photo library. Chosen photos and videos never leave your device.
Q. I want to change the number of pieces.: A. Tap “…” at the top right of the puzzle screen and choose the piece-count menu. Changing the number of pieces resets any progress you have made.
